How to Conduct Cooling Tower Maintenance Correctly?

Cut off the power supply. When the central air-conditioning system host stops, the cooling tower circulating water pump continues to run for 3 to 10 minutes and then stops. 2 or 3 minutes later, the cooling tower stops operating. In this way, the excess energy in the host can be eliminated, so that the whole central air-conditioning system will not be under excessive pressure after shutdown.
Shut down circulating water pumps and motors. During the industrial cooling tower operation, the water temperature is high, it is recommended to stop cooling tower motors after 3 to 8 minutes when the circulating water pump stops.
Start to check and repair the cooling tower. When the cooling tower motor stops, check the motor circuits, fan blades, cooling tower water distribution system and fills, and then clean sludge and other debris in the cooling tower water collection tank.

TIPS: Cooling tower inspection and maintenance helps extend the service life of the cooling tower and cooling units. However, during the cooling tower inspection process, must ensure the safety of the equipment and the personnel.
