RD-TCJ Gearbox – Power System for Large Industrial Cooling Towers
A blue RD-TCJ gearbox is placed on a flat surface.

RD-TCJ gearbox uses spiral bevel gear transmission to ensure that the motor center and gearbox gear center are perfectly aligned through flange coupling. The motor directly drives the gearbox's driving gear without the need for a drive shaft to transmit torque. The motor is a cooling tower-specific motor with protection class IP55 and insulation class F. The product has a compact structure and comes in the following types: RD-TCJ132, RD-TCJ180, RD-TCJ225, RD-TCJ280 and RD-TCJ315.

RD-PVD Belt Pulley Reducer – Power Equipment for Small & Medium Industrial Cooling Towers
A belt pulley reducer placed on a flat surface

RD-PVD belt pulley reducer uses a belt pulley for transmission. It can be installed in a normal way ( fan located at the top of the cooling tower, blowing downward ) or in an inverted way ( fan installed at the bottom of the cooling tower, blowing upward ), and can fully meet the special needs of customers. Belt transmission operates smoothly, with low noise and low vibration, effectively mitigating load impact and providing overload protection. The structure of the pulley transmission is simple, with a large adjustment range for the center distance of the wheel shaft, making it easy to adjust. The following types are available: RD-PVD132 and RD-PVD160.
